1. Use of the Website
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any part of the website without our prior written permission.
We reserve the right to update, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time.
2. Collections and Availability
This website presents the collections, craftsmanship and services of By Reem Al Dhaheri. Products displayed on the website may not be available for direct online purchase.
Product availability is subject to the stock held by our authorised physical and online stockists or to the separate confirmation of a customised order.
3. Purchases Through Stockists
Purchases completed through Ounass, Farfetch or any other physical or online stockist are governed by that retailer’s own terms, payment, delivery, exchange and return policies.
Any enquiry concerning an order placed with a stockist should be directed to the retailer from which the purchase was made.
4. Customised Orders
A customised enquiry does not constitute a confirmed order.
An order becomes confirmed only after the design, measurements, specifications, price, estimated completion date and payment terms have been approved in writing.
Once a customised order has been confirmed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded due to its personalised nature.
This restriction does not affect any mandatory rights available under UAE law where a verified defect exists or where the completed piece materially differs from the specifications confirmed in writing.
5. Measurements and Design Approval
The client is responsible for reviewing and approving the measurements, design details and specifications provided before production begins.
Changes requested after approval may affect the price and estimated completion date. No additional work will begin until the revised requirements and applicable charges have been confirmed.
6. Alterations
Alterations requested after a piece has been completed or delivered are chargeable.
The scope of the alteration, applicable fee and estimated completion time will be confirmed before the work begins.
This does not limit any remedy that may apply where a verified defect exists or where the piece materially differs from the confirmed measurements or specifications.
7. Product Presentation
We take care to present our creations as accurately as possible. However, colours and details may appear differently depending on photography, lighting and individual screen settings.
Hand-applied embroidery, Moroccan craftsmanship, featherwork and other artisanal details may feature subtle variations. These variations reflect the individual character of the piece and are not necessarily considered defects.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, photographs, videos, text, logos, graphics and other content displayed on this website are owned by or licensed to By Reem Al Dhaheri.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
9. Third-Party Links
This website may include links to stockists and other third-party websites. These websites operate independently and are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
By Reem Al Dhaheri is not responsible for the content, availability, security or services of third-party websites or for transactions completed through them.
10. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable UAE law.
To the extent permitted by law, By Reem Al Dhaheri will not be responsible for losses arising from third-party websites, retailer services, website interruptions or improper use of this website.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
